good afternoon my name is Rita Foster and this was my first time visiting the office and from the door I felt welcome. The nurse is the receptionist but when I met my doctor, I said my doctor he was just a joy to have home working on my care thank you so very much but also I’m waiting for a paper that NURSE has told me to fill out and text it back to her, but I can’t open it. I wanna know if I can come in maybe next Friday and fill it out or can they text it back to me again thank you can someone call me bye-bye
