Dr. Yucha is the consummate professional. He is very personable and listens to my concerns and questions. I always leave with a plan in place for my improvement.

He had a student doctor with him and I was like he was showing off. He barely paid attention. I told him what I’d been doing to alleviate my pain—which was an 11 and I have a high pain tolerance— I was chided for taking my family’s advice to ice it. The comment was something like “Where did they get their medical degree?” It was denigrating and unprofessional. I went in to see Dr. Hummer (He was kind and had a good demeanor) but he wasn’t in. This was after the nurse who sarcastically chided me for wearing an ice pack “that’s going to be good for the exam”. I was in pain. And was openly disgusted I used the Dr on Demand to get some antiinflamatory drugs(which my physician family member suggested I get until I could see a specialist.)
That coupled with being turned away when I went into make an appointment (they were too busy) and calling in to make the appointment and being told to go the next morning even thought they couldn’t get into the appointment software. I was disheartened.
