The staff was FANTASTIC!! They get 5 stars! Dr Weissgold gets the 3, maybe he was having a bad day, I don’t know but his attitude was off putting. He was putting notes in my file like it should have been done for him. I hope it only gets better.
Too abrupt.
Dr. Weissgold is always courteous, thorough, and explains things well. Att the end of his exam, he asks if I have any questions, which I appreciate.
Gets right down to business
Dr. Weissgold analyzes the medical factors underlying a patient's eye condition very methodically and answers all questions to the best of his knowledge and ability. He is genuinely concerned about his patients. I myself have undergone numerous eye injections and never felt any fear or apprehension, as I trust him completely.
I am grateful to Dr. Weissgold for his care and expertise as I deal with a frightening diagnosis. I am confident that with his treatment I will get the best outcome available to me.
My recent visit was relatively quick,efficient, friendly,informative,very professional. I always enjoy the staff's kind friendly genuine positive demeanor.Dr Weissgold is very professional though our conversation is often short,clinical,yet precise and informational,as reflective of his professional nature. One does feel his caring kindness, compassion and understanding to his patient's emotional and physical condition.I recommend everyone I know having retinal issues to his office. I give this practice an AAA+++ rating.
