Dr. Palma is board-certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology and a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, Greenville County Medical Society, South Carolina Gastroenterological Association, and South Carolina Medical Association.
For Dr. Palma, it is an honor to care for his patients, and he aims to treat them as he would members of his own family. His clinical interests include endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), pancreatic disease, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, colon cancer prevention, and Barrett’s esophagus.

He is great doctor. Always shakes my hand and has a great smile. He sits there and listens to what I have to say and answers all my questions and explaining what my pass and/or future treatments that I might need. Highly recommend him.
