Dr. Spence is a great physician. He makes it easy to talk to him. My daughter enjoys talking to him because he truly listen to understand her. He discusses his concerns and his findings in detail and goes over your treatments options. His assistant Paige is wonderful as well. They make a great team.

Awesome doctor and facility when it came to caring for my child.

I saw Dr. Spence to be a valuated for orthoscopic surgery in my left hip. He listened and answered all of my questions regarding other options in the end I remained firmly convince that also scopic hip surgery was the best option for me

He performed surgery on my daughter's ACL. One very small scar and no pain. She has followed the Dr's intructions/ restrictions and has healed well. It is hard to tell she even had surgery.

He seemed irritated by the presence of my child. I didn’t feel a sense of urgency or attention to care during her visit. He rushed through the visit. I was very disappointed with this experience.

Dr Spence is a great pediatric orthopedic! He is very thorough, has excellent bedside manner, listens, and explains everything regarding patient’s care. Only thing to work on is efficiency and improving long in office wait times.

Dr. Spence is not our primary doctor, but after speaking to him. He made it feel like we were speaking to Dr. Beaty. Very laid back, answered all our questions. Dr. Spence is a skilled doctor in mechanics and has a great rapport with our daughter and us as parents. Our daughter recently had surgery to reconstruct/release ligaments at her knee. He explains every step thoroughly and in detail. He communicates with us and does not talk over our heads, so we are comfortable and understand exactly what to expect prior to surgery, post surgery & during rehab. His staff is excellent and immediately responsive to any question that has arisen pre and post surgery. Cannot say enough wonderful things about Campbell Clinic from Dr. Spence & his assistant Paige, to scheduling , billing, the surgery center and the awesome PT staff at Collierville Campbell Clinic PT!

Dr. Spence is wonderful! So patient & kind. We were referred to him with my daughter’s extreme snapping hip syndrome. He performed an IT band release as well as glut release on her.
