Dr Sowa is a consummate professional. Always great.
Great service !
Smooth as Silk.
I feel like the medical care is excellent. And I appreciate that. I don’t have to wait too long to get an appointment. I do wish he would explain a little bit more about what is happening in my hand.
Dr Sowa and all his staff were professional and friendly. No wait was great also!
Exceptional.
I was annoyed with the women who helps Dr Sowa. She was rude and not very kind and made me feel like I am making my pain up. I wonder what her credentials are? I do not want to see her in 4 weeks when I see Dr Sowa. Also the steroid injection irritated the area and is a little worse so I am thinking it did not help and irritated things worse. Hopefully it will be a little calmer tomorrow.
It’s always good going to the doctor office, because of the care that is provided
Dr sowa was not interested in me as a patient, failed to really listen to my description of symptoms, made an off the cuff assessment which led to a quick injection and departure. His overall attitude was poor and it was evident all he wanted to do was dismiss me as quickly as possible.
Straight forward and to the point
