Fantastic Doctor. I’m forever grateful to have found him. Thank you Dr Liao
I was a bit apprehensive when I checked in for my first visit and found out it would be one and a half to two hours. But then I realized that the speed with which I got the appointment in two days and the thoroughness of the exam meant that this doctor and this group cares. When I was called in, I immediately felt a calm. The staff was amazing, explaining the process for each part of the examination. Dr. Liao was calm, kind, and made me feel immediately at ease. Understanding the treatment and how it works made my decision easy to start that day. Having a needle put directly into my eye, while daunting, didn’t seem to affect me. Dr.Liao assured me there would be no pain. That comports with seeing patients that appeared happy leaving the office. I am so grateful my optometrist at LensCrafters referred me and my primary care doctor was pleased. I’ll be seeing Dr.Liao for my injection once a month. It’s a small price to pay for my vision.
Very articulate and professional
