Had a previous injection at differt provider, felt nothing, no results. Moved to Jordan Ana Young, Dr Levi. He was very precise in targeting just the right spot on my spine. Immediately when he started the injection, I felt a rush of sensation in my left leg, as it continued I felt in left toes, then in rump area. Then from rump to toes, Wow what a difference. Upon checking out was given a pain log to register how pain went up or down, and any associated notes. Joedan and Youny are definately a team of professionals. I expect good results.

The telehealth communication needs a lot of improvement. I was scheduled for a 3:15. after 4pm no one had the courtesy to call to inform me that they would be late. I had to call (and wait for 5 min before someone answered) to see if they had forgotten the app. If I had come in over an hour late my appt would have been cancelled. I understand that he could run behind but someone could have called to inform me of what was going on.

Overall, the doctor was very knowledgeable and did a good job. His PA was very aggressive and caused some discomfort when she inserted the injections. The doctor took over at that point. Some injections were painful and had a few issues getting through muscular wall. A lot of inflammation. Very fatigued after the treatment.

Awaiting test results but thus far excellent. I didn’t receive a survey for Dr.Gondusky so let me provide comments here. NOT satisfied! After hip surgery one leg is shorter than the other. I believe it’s is responsible for the pain I’m experiencing. He provided no measures (shoe lift?) to relieve other than pain management (Dr.Levi). Initially he denied the length difference after surgery and now acknowledges.

Whole experience was amazing.

I waited over an hour to be seen for an initial appointment and then I was seen for maybe 5 minutes by Dr Levi. I’m self pay and this appointment cost me over $300; I was told this would include an X-ray which didn’t happen— so why wasn’t I refunded partially? His questions were minimal, he lacked thoroughness in his assessment/ what records he had received/ needed and why, and was not clear about why he was giving certain recommendations. I am super disappointed with the lack of adequate care and the unreasonable cost. Additionally, I had tried to verify what records from my previous providers had been sent before my apt and someone from the office said they’d verify and call me back which never happened. Having chronic pain, is an incredibly vulnerable and miserable experience and it is only compounded by the poor clinical treatment available.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Levi.

Dr Levi is wonderful. He actually deserves a 5 star. The reason I gave 4 was because my appointment was 2.30pm. I wasn't called back til 3pm and procedure ocurred 3.20pm. How about notifying clients prior to arrival of extended delays. For me, that would be awesome. Another wee observation is any "personall" vibe from the chck in procedure non existent with clients scanning their own documents. Just thought I'd share. Have a great day.
