If I could leave zero stars I could. This man was ARROGANT & down right rude. Told me when greeting me “doesn’t sound like I can help you with much” while rolling his eyes. I was referred to you for a problem & just because my swelling is gone doesn’t mean I am useless to you. First thing out of your mouth is rude, before even asking my name. In fact, he never did ask my name or refer to me by my name. He also said “you can leave now” when ushering me out. My visit was less than a full 10 minutes. I came in for an ankle injury & he NEVER EVEN CHECKED MY RANGE OF MOTION!!!!!!!!!! Poked it twice & called it good. He spoke to me like a silly child, as if I didn’t know anything and degraded me. I have never be more appalled by a doctors behavior, one who routinely operates at that. I would not feel comfortable around him conscious let alone put under. How sad to see how down hill OSI has gone. I will never be back after this experience.

He is a surgeon and would love to fix my left shoulder and knee. I told him several times that I am 85 years and that I would NOT have surgery on either one because of the therapy re-quired. I only will do shots of cortisone for the pain. I don't know if he will agree of if I will have to go to someone else for the shots.

Very nice Doc! Great bedside manner. Diagnosed potential problem immediately and quick to get the ball rolling. MRI scheduled within next couple of days.
