Dr Richardson is kind and takes time to listen. He fully explains what is going on with your foot. I was referred to him by a friend after seeing another orthopedic clinic that was closer to my hometown and didn’t get any answers about the foot pain I was experiencing. I didn’t mind the 1 hour drive for the excellent care I felt I received. He diagnosed me at my initial visit, then I had 2 follow up appointments.

He was excellent! He did a great assessment and got me set up with what I needed.

He came in didn't stay very long rushed and out so fast, asked the nurse I had a question she said he is in another room he came back and I asked about swelling he said to talk to my primary doctor it could be a problem with my heart, kidney I just went to my doctor 2 weeks ago?? He gave me braces and wrote me a prescription for some compression knee hi's. All the hype about Campbell Clinic it was not what I thought it was gone be.. That's all

Knowledgeable and honest

I am extremely pleased with the whole experience. Dr Richardson went the extra hour to move tendons that before surgery, didn't know they were torn. I am 7 weeks post surgery and I see my foot looks so much better.

Dr Richardson is always very through. Gives good feedback. Aliyah, the medical assistant was extremely nice and helpful. The young lady that helped me in the "casting" room. She fitted me with the ankle corset. She seemed to have a lest than patient friendly attitude. Almost like it was an inconvenience to help me out.

I think it may have been overly booked. Didn’t not have much time and I was a new patient Will try him again though because he has such a nice smile. 😃

Very Friendly. Was to the point. If you have surgery, this is what your looking at and if your pain isnt here then maybe you might want to look at other ways to treat pain. I like his language. It wasnt big words that you had to sit and try to wrap your head around.

This was my first visit. The receptionist was excellent. The X-ray process was very quick. Dr. Richardson was very good, and answered my questions thoroughly but I did feel a bit rushed. I also would like as much info as possible without necessarily having to ask for more. His associate, Jennifer, I felt, was somewhat dismissive of some concerns I had and seemed in a hurry to get me out.

Dr. Richardson performed a minimally invasive bunionectomy on my left foot and removed the metal from my previous bunion surgery that was done by a different surgeon in Tupelo. The original surgery failed, and my bunion rotated back out. Dr. Richardson corrected my bunion and my recovery has been so much easier this time. I'm very pleased with my results. Very skilled surgeon with a nice bedside manner. Wish I had known about him a couple of years ago!

He didn’t really explain to me what was going on with my ankle- all he said was tendinitis & he couldn’t show me what he was talking about because it wasn’t listed on any of the posters in the exam room- then proceeds to tell me I can get it wrapped or a cast of the wrap doesn’t work. He didn’t say what he saw on the X-rays or nothing. I was already pissed because my appointment was at 7:20, got there & checked in at 7:31, didn’t get called back until 8:47 & that’s after I asked the front desk lady & even she was shocked because plenty of people after me had been called back & some were even finished & leaving. Now o have a cast with no detailed instructions, I mentioned to him & the person who put the cast on that this is my very first one. No one told me how to walk in it or anything, all I was told is it’s a walking cast below the knee.

Dr. Richardson did a great job on my minimum invasive surgery. I’m happy with his professional & friendly staff. I also have very minimal scarring that’s going away! Thanks so much! I highly recommend patients to Dr. Richardson in Southaven clinic.

I have used Dr. Richardson years ago and from that experience I was hoping he was still at Campbells Clinic. He listens to your problem and answers any questions you have. I would recommend Dr. Richardson to anyone who's looking for a Foot and Ankle Dr!

Professional and friendly, identified my problem immediately and explained the procedure to repair my prior botched bunionectomy and crossover toe surgery performed by another surgeon. Dr. Richardson was highly recommended to me to fix my foot problem and I have no doubts that he will do just that. So happy that Oxford, MS clinic is open now, I will have my surgery there, it's much closer to me than Mid Town, TN.

I have seen doctors for this problem for over two years, and I learned more in 15 minutes with Dr. RIchardson than with everyone else combined.

First of all I wasn't supposed to be back for another two weeks, had gotten rescheduled twice which was odd. Dr.Richardson wasn't my original Dr. I was in a boot already, he asked me to wear it for another week plus an ankle brace but the interesting thing is when I got dismissed, it's a Wednesday and I was told to go back to work the following Monday, no restrictions (which is good) AND wants a 5 week follow up. WHY? I was in so much pain which is why I came here first. Maybe all I needed was urgent care. Thanks anyway..
