It went well. I like Dr Richardson.

As a registered nurse who's trained to provide exceptional customer service this visit with Dr. Richardson was absolutely very informative, but insightful. The PA whom came in first explained in great detail my impression on the MRI and also went into depth regarding causative factors surrounding my diagnosis. I will highly recommend this physician whom showed great compassion to anyone I will forsure give recommendations to my colleagues at Baptist Memphis lol.

Dr. Richardson is one of the best that I have seen. If you are having a problem with your feet he is who I highly recommend.

My appointment was for 1240 but provider didn’t come in till 35 minutes later. My first visit the provider was punctua (Dr. Lee) Dr. Richardson still gets five stars bc he was very kind and helpful. Please be mindful that your patients’ time is valuable as well. :)

This was my first visit. The receptionist was excellent. The X-ray process was very quick. Dr. Richardson was very good, and answered my questions thoroughly but I did feel a bit rushed. I also would like as much info as possible without necessarily having to ask for more. His associate, Jennifer, I felt, was somewhat dismissive of some concerns I had and seemed in a hurry to get me out.

He was very knowledgeable and eased my fears about my condition.

Dr. Richardson performed a minimally invasive bunionectomy on my left foot and removed the metal from my previous bunion surgery that was done by a different surgeon in Tupelo. The original surgery failed, and my bunion rotated back out. Dr. Richardson corrected my bunion and my recovery has been so much easier this time. I'm very pleased with my results. Very skilled surgeon with a nice bedside manner. Wish I had known about him a couple of years ago!

He didn’t really explain to me what was going on with my ankle- all he said was tendinitis & he couldn’t show me what he was talking about because it wasn’t listed on any of the posters in the exam room- then proceeds to tell me I can get it wrapped or a cast of the wrap doesn’t work. He didn’t say what he saw on the X-rays or nothing. I was already pissed because my appointment was at 7:20, got there & checked in at 7:31, didn’t get called back until 8:47 & that’s after I asked the front desk lady & even she was shocked because plenty of people after me had been called back & some were even finished & leaving. Now o have a cast with no detailed instructions, I mentioned to him & the person who put the cast on that this is my very first one. No one told me how to walk in it or anything, all I was told is it’s a walking cast below the knee.

Dr. Richardson did a great job on my minimum invasive surgery. I’m happy with his professional & friendly staff. I also have very minimal scarring that’s going away! Thanks so much! I highly recommend patients to Dr. Richardson in Southaven clinic.

Gave feedback that my pain medicines did not work and that my injury is worsening. He did not give prescription for new pain meds, he barely even looks at my injury during the visit. I’m literally spending money for nothing. He is not informational or helpful at all. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

I have seen doctors for this problem for over two years, and I learned more in 15 minutes with Dr. RIchardson than with everyone else combined.

First of all I wasn't supposed to be back for another two weeks, had gotten rescheduled twice which was odd. Dr.Richardson wasn't my original Dr. I was in a boot already, he asked me to wear it for another week plus an ankle brace but the interesting thing is when I got dismissed, it's a Wednesday and I was told to go back to work the following Monday, no restrictions (which is good) AND wants a 5 week follow up. WHY? I was in so much pain which is why I came here first. Maybe all I needed was urgent care. Thanks anyway..

The good doctor was with me every bit of five minutes. He didn’t explain anything about my foot being in so much pain. He did assign me some rehab and a new set of pads for my shoes. Each of which I am needing.

He has been my sons doctor for 15 years. we love him so much. !
