Dr. Richardson provided excellent care; however, I cannot say the same for his assistant, Jennifer. Dr. Richardson informed me that his assistant would come in to see me, but instead, another staff member was sent in her place. Each time I asked a question, she had to step out and consult with Jennifer, who remained at her computer and, for reasons unclear, did not address me directly.
This experience was disappointing, and I found the level of customer service to be lacking.
