Dr Morawski and his team -everyone- were awesome and worked so smoothly in harmony each step of the way from pre-op through walking on my new knee to release and going home on the same day of the surgery. The Fox Valley Orthopedics surgical center seemed amazingly well equipped with advanced technologies including robotic assist during the procedure. I’m at day two since returning home with a continual guidance and support for recovery. Really, truly: 5 Stars!

Patient-oriented, comprehensive care is at the forefront of Dr. Morawski’s treatment plan. He uses a variety of nonsurgical treatment methods including activity modification, medication, physical therapy, bracing, injections and pain management. Biologics for treatment of arthritis including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and stem cell treatments are also used.
When surgery is necessary, patients can feel confident in a treatment and recovery plan that fits their individual needs. A pre-operative total joint replacement educational video is available to all patients, and it takes patients step-by-step through the surgical and recovery process.
For patients having hip surgery, Dr. Morawski uses a minimally invasive or muscle sparing hip arthroplasty technique where he is able to reduce damage to surrounding muscles and tendons. This technique often leads to faster recovery.
For patients having knee surgery, Dr. Morawski uses minimally invasive quadriceps sparing arthroplasty to allow patient to return home just hours after surgery. For patients having shoulder surgery, he performs both standard and reverse total shoulder arthroplasty if rotator cuff is incompetent.
