He is a great listener and explains things thoroughly. The digital rectal exam, which is never pleasant, was handled really softly -- much appreciated! We discussed the situation and he explained why he believes in the particular diagnosis. He said that you guys will handle the scheduling of the physical therapy.

Since I have been seeing Dr. Qi, I have been diagnosed with 3 UTI’s (documented) in a 4 month period. He has decided I have OAB. On my previous visit, 7/26/23, I requested a cystoscope if I got another UTI. Dr. Qi agreed. On 8/5/23 I was diagnosed in the Brookwood ER with a UTI and was prescribed Cefdinir which I was still taking on my 8/16/ 23 visit to Qi. A urinalysis was done and came back negative since I was still on Cefdinir. Dr Qi told me I wasn’t getting UTI’s and had OAB. I repeated my request for a cystoscope and was told it wouldn’t show anything. Dr. Qi doesn’t listen to the patient or familiarize himself with patient notes.

Nice guy but not happy with the care I’m receiving from him. In the room 2-3 minutes, maybe ask a couple questions…out the door. Dr DeGuntner gone almost a year, I believe I’ve given Dr Qi enough time.
