Good communication.He got right to the matter. Skillful extraction of impacted wax. He didn't keep me waiting. Suggested steroids to heal my hearing loss.

Dr. Dave and nurses were great. - 5 "Check-in" was not. Couldn't do it on line. Said his birthday didn't match. Week end, Couldn't even leave message for problem. Spelled first name wrong on computer at check in - registration, lady did it. I pointed it out, she said "that's OK, it doesn't have to be perfect. So wrong birthday and name mispelled. Then received a text saying our appt. was TU at 1:00. While at Moes dr. Office. Monday was the appt. Until we got that text. Seemed everything was messed up. Makes you wonder!!
