Dr. Poon is always kind, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Staff is great.
Lots of confusion among the staff with regard to billing and insurance. Did not provide accurate cost information before administering and switching the injection drug on the previous visit. Patient was billed a large amount after insurance was applied and was not aware this would be the cost prior. And Again was going to administer the same eye injection today - even though we spoke to numerous people at the office regarding the cost concern. Very upsetting. Patient did not stay. Walked out of the visit.
Great interpersonal
