Dr. David Moats, D.P.M., is board-certified by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery and in Diabetic Wound Care. He earned his DPM from the California College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his surgical residency at the Harris County Podiatric Surgical Residency Program. His specialties include reconstructive foot and ankle surgery and diabetic wound care.
