Dr. David A. Miller, M.D. grew up in Georgia where he later attended the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta to receive his medical degree in 1992. He finished both his general surgery and urology residencies at Vanderbilt University Affiliated Hospitals in Nashville, Tennessee where he also served as Chief Resident for Urology. Dr. Miller then completed a fellowship in urologic oncology at the Monash Medical Center in Melbourne, Australia.

Been with Dr. Miller for over 10 years. I will not move out of Richmond if I can't help it. Dr. Miller always keeps it real and is engaged during consultations. I highly recommend him. He's also in step with new treatments and tests and always encourages them as part of insights into patient treatment.

Fantastic urologist and surgeon. Highly recommend him. My wife and I see him for our time to time problems. Treats us with the same care as if we were family.

Dr. Miller is amazing. Takes his time with us and thoroughly explains what procedures and medications are needed. The only issue is the registration staff at your Hanover office. We have been long term patients at the Short Pump office. The way we have been spoken to by your registration personal at Hanover is rude and condescending. “Read the sign!” was today’s rude comment which when I said, there are too many signs to read on the desk was greeted with an attitude. The registration could have instead said, “I’ll be happy to help you.” The Hanover office needs to take lessons from the Short Pump office on kindness and treating people with respect and love. They have no idea why we are there. It could be a life threatening prognosis. Lead with kindness should be the registration secretaries motto not militaristic attitude like they display.
