He is definitely an expert in His field. I have been seen by many physicians in my lifetime but Dr. McNabb is a kind Soul that is genuinely concerned about his patients. The most professional and skilled physician that has treated me in my lifetime. He will definitely replace my right knee and hip when the time comes. PS OUTSTANDING STAFF IN ASSISTING IN MY RECOVERY!

I had been under the care of a doctor that my condition rapidly declined. I went to Dr McNabb on referral! He is a God send!!! Immediately they knew what was wrong and found a way to get me in immediately and scheduled for surgery even when they were already booked for the rest of the year! I’m so grateful!!!!I highly recommend him! He is the one stop shop! I just wished I would’ve had him a year ago. Thank you Dr McNabb!!! Dr McNabb is oneofvthe best orthopedic surgeons there is! He listens when I speak, explains everything well, is compassionate and understanding, and talks in layman terms. He gets it! Before I can even ask a question, he's already explaining the answer. A super cool doctor with an upbeat personality! Wears cool socks too!!
Dr. David McNabb, M.D., is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in Total Joint Replacement and Revision Surgery.
Dr. McNabb completed his undergraduate and master’s degrees at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He attended Medical School at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, where he received multiple scholarships and awards. He completed his surgical internship and his orthopaedic residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He then went on to complete a Hip and Knee Arthroplasty Fellowship at Colorado Joint Replacement, the premier orthopedic center in Denver, Colorado.
Dr. McNabb specializes in adult reconstructive joint replacement surgery, focusing on total hip replacement, total knee replacement, and revision surgery.
Dr. McNabb has several research publications and presentations, and is an active member in many professional societies, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), American Orthopaedic Association (AOA) Emerging Leaders, Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society, and a candidate member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS). In addition, he serves as a volunteer for Operation Walk Denver, a not-for-profit organization that provides joint replacements to people in developing countries and here at home.
