I was set up for physical therapy and after just one therapy session I could see improvement with my knee I highly recommend Raleigh Orthopedic! They have performed both a shoulder and knee surgery on me previously and both surgeries were successful and got me back to my normal activity quickly.

There is a lack of compassion I find troubling.

This doc literally spend 5 min diagnosing me. After x rays all he said was no arthritis but he didn’t care to find out why I’m in pain. Felt rushed and not helped at all. Shouldn’t even have bothered to go there as I know the same I did before

I appreciated the timeliness with which I was seen and the niceness of the staff but was bothered by the lack of mask wearing in a medical practice. The responsibility should not be solely on patients and those amongst the most vulnerable populations to wear a mask and request you wear one--especially because one-way masking is not nearly as effective as if everyone did so.

I go to him when I have problems with the leg I broke back in 2019 and he’s always very nice and so patient with me and answers all my questions. Even though I’ve seen him a lot over the years anytime I have to go to see him for my leg / knee I’m always nervous I’ve rebroken my leg or something new had happened and he had this way of helping to calm my nervousness

based on my pain when i made the appt, I booked an 'Emergency' appt w/ Dr McNabb. 2 days later, my pain had progressed and went all the way down my leg, which means I should have made my appt with a spine specialist instead. so now I have to wait another 5 days. Nothing for pain, he did not respond to my statements that the reason I was there for an Emergency was I was in alot of pain. He seemed slightly condescending as he responded to my lack of muscle name and anatomy knowledge. Waste of my time and cost me $$$. I feel like I wasn't heard and this practice didn't care for me or what I'm experiencing. Very Frustrated.

I found Dr. Mc Nabb Caring , companionate, and willing to help I have scheduled surgery coming up that I had put off. So happy that they could work me in as this truly was an emergency.

No doctor patience connection made. He seemed to only push injections and didn't seem interested in my concerns nor did he even ask about my issues. He only looked at my x-rays. I had to ask him questions about my concerns and what he offered I could have googled on the internet. I won't be seeing him again.

Was disappointed that he does not perform draining of a Baker's Cyst behind my knee. That is what I told staff when I booked appointment. Why didn't they tell me they don't do that draining? My Orthopaedic did it in South Carolina. Now I have to see another specialist.

Dr McNabb makes his patients feel comfortable and allow you to ask questions, he is not in a rush. He did both knee replacement and I felt very comfortable and everything went well.

Dr McNabb recently did a total hip replacement for me. PreOp visits went well, questions answered, good coordination with Rex where surgery took place and with PA Casey Fox. PostOp procedures well-explained. Smooth recovery which I credit to his surgical skill.

Not a friendly actitud. Seems like he doesn’t want to listen to my explanations and reason for my pain. Recommend physical therapy when I already did it. Not coming back. Also made a comment about me when I left. I don’t think it’s professional on his part.

This was a 2nd visit, 10 months apart. He apparently had taken no time to look at anything prior to walking in the room introducing himself and us it was nice to meet us. He had at least looked at the xray I brought. Maybe I expect too much, but it just didn't seem like it would have taken too much time to take a glance the my chart and see that he had seen me before and what he told me then.
