Very professional
Saw Emily, not Dr. Clifford. Appointment at 8:30, I was there at 7:45. Wasn't seen until 9:22. Emily was friendly and professional...... but could tell she (and all staff) were 'rushed' ..... yes new system (EPIC - merging with Sentara) blah, blah, blah. Understand there will be delays when a new system is implemented.... but not being seen almost one hour after appointment is a bit much. Hopefully, Dr. Strand's office will call soon, and I can get scheduled for an injection for low back pain.
I really appreciate him and his PA taking the time to listen! I can not say the same for some of his colleagues at AOS (Chesapeake office) its hard to find a doctor that will take the time to discuss your concerns.
