The office staff was efficient and friendly when I checked in. I saw the doctor near my appointment time. He spent time with me and answered all my questions. The office staff scheduled my procedure to accommodate my schedule.

Let’s just say Excellent! Nuff said!

Listens very well and will have back and forth talk about one's concerns.

More than hour past my appointment time, I was finally seen for a hurried 5 minutes. Not impressed. (Note: Nurses and receptionists were excellent.)

Dr Spencer and staff were excellent. I was late about 20 minutes for my appointment because I was never notified that they had changed their office location and had to find out how to get there. When l arrived at the waiting room it was packed. I had about an hour and half wait before seeing the Dr. I understand that when a move is made that there’s little bugs to worked out, NO PROBLEM. I didn’t mind the wait.
