My experience with DR Ross was very good. But I’m very upset with the lab. They harpooned me with the needle to draw blood had to move it around I was gritting my teeth through the whole thing. Then she put a tiny bandaid over it and I had blood running down my arm before I could even walk two steps to the restroom to pee in a cup. 5 days later my arm is black and blue. Every time I come there’s a new amateur drawling blood. It’s very traumatizing. Considering just not coming back.

I was told when I moved here that Dr. Ross is great and hard to get in to as a new patient. I feel very fortunate that I have him as my doctor. He really cares and is always interested in any of my concerns, no matter how small they seem to me. He makes me feel like I am not just a whiner!
