I was prepared with updates on my condition and issues. Dr listened and was proactive with referral to Gastrologist.

I have been with this practice about 25 years, as has my husband, son and late mother-in-law. I have previously had a good rapport with Dr. Bolshoun. I don't know what has happened but I will not be returning. A year or so ago, I had a very upsetting appointment with him in which he was curt, rude and dismissive. I was so upset, I looked into other internal medicine physicians. I then let it go. My interactions since then have been with other staff, and I was satisfied with those appointments. Today I saw Dr. Bolshoun. He asked what was wrong. I said I have a sinus infection. As I was still talking, he raised his voice and shouted, "No, you don't, no, you don't, no you don't." I said yes, I do! I have a long history of recurrent sinus infections. At his urging, 1 1/2 years ago, I was evaluated for immune deficiency, and subsequently had 9 months of immunoglobulin infusions, which I had to stop due to horrible side effects. I was trying to refresh his memory about this and he waved
