Wait time was too long ,1 hr 15 min., not acceptable .
Long wait time in the room, 45min i think. I really like Dr. Klein but today he didnt seem to realize until i said something that from my first visit he had diagnosed a small break and thought i just had a finger jam, so no xray was taken until after I reminded him. i thought maybe he would recommend OT to get my joint to bend properly again but he didn’t. Im sure my finger injury is more minor than most of his cases but i have endured 8wks or more of dealing with a finger splint that got wet daily and needed to be re-wrapped sometimes 2x a day. It was a big hassle and I tried so hard to be compliant. I didnt feel like my injury was significant enough for him to put much more thought into getting it to function (bend) properly again. Maybe it will just eventually bend properly on its own.
Very happy, because the doctor explains the entire procedure very well and how things go. He is a really good doctor.
Dr Klein has done 7 surgeries for me. He’s become a very trusted friend.
Excellent in all areas!
Thorough, professional, kind, relatable.
Doctor listens.
I appreciate Dr. Klein for repairing my injury with outstanding results. He has great compassion.
I just had my final postop visit with Dr Klein and I am so happy to give him a five star rating. He did a Capital job on my hand and I am very very pleased with the results. His office and also the operating room staff were extremely Pleasant and totally made my stay so comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Klein for any hand surgery or orthopaedic problem that you might have Lily B Garcia.
