Best orthopedic I have ever visited. He does not assume his patients are idiots like a lot of doctors do, especially the younger ones. He takes the time to not only give his opinion but WHY he has that opinion. He is the “Go to Doctor” for any shoulder problem and probably for most orthopedic problem.
I like Dr. Klein but I can't afford to wait 2 hours to see him for a 10 minute visit. I work also and the practice needs to be more considerate of people's time. I also heard several people complaining in the lobby about the wait time.
The entire team / family there are amazing!
A great Doctor as always. Waiting time 1 1/2 hs +
Excellent diagnostician. Knew just what to do.
Very easy to understand. Explained everything about my condition and what treatments were available to treat it. Very nice doctor with a good personality.
Dr. Klein was very pleasant, answered all questions. Thank you Dr. Klein we are very impressed by your knowledge & your willingness to work with us in treatment plan!
Did a great job going over the X-ray and MRI with me. Showed me the scans and issues.
Exceptional care!!! Thank you.
Dr. Klein has been my go-to surgeon for close to 20 years. He's never let me down medically but today the wait time for my appointment was somewhat laughable--over 2 hours after the first round of xrays were taken.. And the waiting room was pretty empty. .
