I cannot say enough about the experience. I’ve known Dr.Jackson since 2019. I was almost disabled with my back pain, and being seen by many surgeons, he was the only one who gave me a correct diagnosis. He is very knowledgeable and caring doctor.

Felt comfortable with him

While I did have to wait about 45 minutes past my appointment, Mr. Jackson gave me the time to go over everything. He answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable that I had all the info that I need to make a decision about surgery. If he takes that much time with all his patients, I understand waiting a bit for my turn!

He is the greatest orthopedic doctor surgeon/doctor that I have found. He has done a lower back fusion for me and I am still pain free after 6 years and feeling great. He has done cervical surgeries on me, one was a redo because of me breaking a bone, in the neck. I have gone through a lot in the cervical area, and am still dealing with some discomfort but, Dr. Jackson has done a fantastic job for me. He is my Hero !

Went to Dr Jackson had spinal stenosis with severe myelopathy (pinched spinal cord) they had an emergency surgery set up for me in three weeks because of the severity. I had lost function of my legs and was beginning to lose motor skills in my arms. It is been six weeks since surgery and I am now walking without the use of a walker. I just stop using a cane. I am grateful to Dr. Jackson and his staff for extraordinary service . I am extremely blessed for the use of my legs and arms and grateful to Dr. Jackson and his team.

Dr Jackson has been very responsive in my surgery endeavor. Nobody wants surgery, but sometimes it necessary. I had fusion L5S1 and Dr Jackson listened to my concerns and talked them through with me. Now I'm recovering from surgery. My sciatica on the right side has gone away and I'm recovering from the surgery pain and side effects which I'm hopeful will go away by three months.

I came to him based on the reviews that he has in from everything that he showed me guess what phenomenal results I have faith that everything will come out better than expected. My surgery is the 25th so wish me some luck and he's a great friendly guy to meet he makes it clear what they're going to do and one of the other things is that other doctors have talked very highly about him and I don't even think I told him that but my pain doctor my surgeon who replaced my shoulder and my knee they'll talk great about himself positive thinking and let's make this happen.

Dr. Jackson was very professional during my procedure and informed me of possible side effects and things to watch for.

Dr Jackson is a top notch professional spinal surgeon. He helped me and my husband both with surgery. My husband after a years recovery is back to playing golf; after 6 months of recovery I’m back to my normal activities. All because of Dr Jackson’s expertise.

With the experience and knowledge of an advanced practice nurse, I can say my experience was terrible. I presented the past few months of signs and symptoms to include daily excruciating headache, loss of balance, neck pain and stiffness. Dr performed very brief exam and did not discuss completed diagnostics but said they were “similar to every person my age”. After that I proposed two rare theories of what could possibly be the cause. I was then dismissed and told if I wanted to come back at a later date “to chase zebras”, or “have a spinal injection” to do so. Those condescending words, lack of compassion and empathy, dismissiveness, lack of input as to diagnosis has led me to fire this physician. I would not recommend him to any one.

I hesitate to give a lot of 5s here cause this was a consultation. Let's see what happens when/if we have a surgical procedure.

Surgery wise he was awesome. After care not so good. I’ve been miserable after my surgery and no seems to care. They all just say it’s normal. It’s part of healing it should be better by 6wks. I’m 9 weeks in and still miserable and can’t do anything and not much has changed except now I have to drink prescription pain meds.

This was my first visit to discuss possible surgery for my back. He was very nice and took time. I did not feel that he was rushed. Unfortunately, my MRI images did not get saved from my previous visit so he did not have that. Overall, I was satisfied with the visit.

He is a top notch doctor. Gives options for temporary pain relief. But does not sugar coat what needs to be done for a permanent relief.
