Visit to Dr Riddle was because of swelling in leg after total hip replacement 6weeks ago. Dr Riddle was outstanding this visit , he took extra time explaining recommended treatment, also wrote a step by step document for me to have later. Had a scan to make sure no blood clots. Outstanding visit!!!!

Dr. David J. Riddle joined Internal Medicine Specialists on January 16, 2013. Born in Cambridge, England, Dr. Riddle came to Birmingham after several years in Missouri. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia and in 2001 the University of Missouri School of Medicine. He went on to Washington University School of Medicine to pursue a Fellowship in Internal Medicine and Pediatric Infectious Diseases while also serving as Chief Resident. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine – Infectious Diseases, and Pediatrics – Infectious Diseases. Dr. Riddle and his wife now call Birmingham home.
