He or his associates answered my question, but unable to proceed with treatment until next week. He did offer some pain relief meds, but I chose to take OTC med. I've been assured that he is very competent, so I feel Dr. Musgrave will help my condition as planned. I'll be glad to rate him again after my procedure.

Very pleasant personality. Solved my problem and reason for my pain when 6 other doctors could have very easily taken e rays of my hips but didn’t so literally Jung be out to dry and suffer for over 7 months.

Always have a good feeling when talking to Dr Musgrave. He explains what is going on with my knee and what is needed going forward. I would have no one else do my surgery.

Dr Musgrave is always very kind and considerate when I'm in the office. He takes his time to listen to everything I have to say. I've been seeing these doctors for many years. Recently, I moved to Illinois Southwest suburbs and my kids think I should find a closer doctor, but I truly like my pain MGMT doctor and DR Musgrave so much that I can't imagine other doctors showing me more concern than the doctors at LSBJ. I think they're great.

My appointment was scheduled timely, my wait time to see him on my appointment date was exactly the time of my appointment. I was sent to X-ray immediately, got to see Dr Musgrave immediately after X-ray, discussed options and made a treatment decision on the spot! And I feel better already! He is a man of very little words. I felt he was rushing my visit. I was in and out which is a good/bad thing. He was nice when he did talk..but seemed uninterested in my issue. I had to ask more questions than I thought bc he didn’t really cover too much of what I needed to know though I feel he should have mentioned everything anyway. His nurse was very nice and helpful and spoke to me with compassion.

I love this doc! I’ve been seeing him for knee pain off and on for a couple years. Ultimately ending with needing to have ARTHROSCOPIC SURGERY ON MY KNEE TO TREAT MY MENISCUS TEAR. He was willing to buy time and didn’t push the procedure until the pain couldn’t be managed with cortisone injections. Very friendly and the staff is great too!
