Always pleasant to speak with because he takes time to listen. Office staff efficient and very pleasant as well.
Caring Service
Knowledgeable and kind. I think Dr. Musgrave is the best. So is his nurse, Kim!
Always spot on treatment
Horrible bedside manner
Dr. Musgrave and his team are incredibly helpful and accommodating from making the appointment, checking in to the office, diagnosing and laying out the directions for treatment.
I couldn’t be happier, from all the endorsements I got from the LOFS, former patients, to his quick diagnosis, of which I was hoping for.
No waiting. He was personable and thorough
14 year old daughter fouled a softball onto her calf almost a month ago. It wasn’t causing any pain until this past week when it developed a large lump clearly filled with pus and was red the whole width of her leg. Had an appt with Dr Musgrave at 830am. He came in the room and left in less than 5 minutes essentially doing nothing to help. Apparently he wasn’t concerned at all that she had infection and claimed it would resolve on its own even though it has been a month since the injury and actually has gotten way worse. I ended up taking her to the ER where the ER dr looked at and determined it needed drained in less than 5 seconds. My daughter feels so much better now. Wish I had just gone to the ER to begin with. Dr Musgrave was only concerned about staying on schedule with his other patients than to actually have to get his hands dirty and actually do something. Bad bedside manner. Look elsewhere.
I had a lady & all good.
