Dr. I is friendly, but is a man of few words. He answers any questions and tells me what I need to know. I have received eye injections from him for several years. He’s good at that! .

I have been seeing Dr.Ingvolstadvfor fourteen years. However every time I come there it looks like a 100 % turnover in personal. He does an excellent job but are you to cheap to retain personal?

Dr. Ingvolstad is good at what he does, and I appreciate that. The system could use tweaking. Waiting in the exam room for about half an hour with no TV, magazines, or even pictures on the wall to look at is too much. I suggest you put magazines in the room, or wait until the doctor is 10 minutes from ready to put someone in the small exam room. The staff was courteous, friendly, and pleasant. He stayed after my appointment to use his laser to improve my prosthetic lens. Instantly my vision looked great. The whole experience was happy.

I know he is always very busy but he took the time to explain that there would be a need to adapt to my bifocals (since I have never needed them before) but that in a few weeks it would be automatic. To give it time. Thanks

Dr Involstad saved the sight in my right eye after the retina detached in 2007. I’ve been seeing him since and absolutely trust him.

Dr I is the best! We were disappointed with the wait however and also with the young woman at front desk. They usually are so professional and helpful but that was not my experience on the 13th. When we did return later in the day for a 2nd appt I went to a different person at the desk and she helped me with my questions and was great!

I really like Dr Ingvolstad, but it doesn’t matter if I come to the first appt in the morning or later, I have to wait over an hour to see him. First appt in the morning should not have to wait that long. Unless he has surgery or something. But then that needs to be relayed to the pt. I work in a drs office also. Yes, drs get behind, but it should not be EVERY visit!
