I really liked Dr Heredia.
I do not like many things about this office. The patient portal is useless, no one will respond anytime I send a message and goes unanswered for months. I was Dr. Breeling’s patient before he retired. But I don’t even feel like I have a physician anymore due to the neglect I received after Dr. Breeling left. But only have the kindest things to say about Dr. Heridia. He was very helpful and listened to all my complaints.

My dermatologist has tried getting a referral from your office serveral times and have NOT gotten any response. I was in the office Friday, Sept 5th. I told Dr Heretia my issue and he told me to speak to the people when I checked out. They explained that they don’t handle referrals. I told them that Dr Heredia told me to talk to them. They were as helpful as possible due to they do not handle referrals.
My dermatologist faxed a referral request to your referral dept on August 21 and call the beginning of September and actually spoke with a gentleman. You office saw where the referrals were requested. But no response!
Also my husband had been waiting for a referral for an ENT due to his hearing problems since mid August and has not heard back on his referral either. I spoke to doctor Heredia regarding the referral for my husband on Sept 5th also and that my husband has not heard any back either. I told doctor Heredia on Sept 5th that your office has a MAJOR PROBLEM w referral

The doctor sat down and talked to me. He listened to my concerns and answered. He gave me clear directions to follow. Staff very welcoming.
