Dr. Harris answered all our questions and made an appropriate referral. Ultimately the visit was successful and he was willing to say he did not know instead of giving false reassurance. However, his youth seemed to work against him during our visit. He seemed rushed, slightly unsure of himself/easily flustered, and did not take the few extra seconds it would have taken to appropriate position my elderly mother for her exam. He seemed oblivious to the fact that, at a certain age, the spine and joints don’t conform to where he would like his equipment and changing the position of her chair would have made the exam easier for everyone.
