Should not take Eliquis when having a mamo gram and Carotid Ultrasound?
You must answer both questions

my appointment was at 2:45 wasn’t put into exam room until 3:05 spent more time with nurse than doctor but at least he did listen to my heart.

Dr. David H. Song, M.D., FACC, spent his teenage years in Morristown, NJ and Charlotte, NC, after his childhood in Korea. He subsequently graduated with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. There, he was also inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He remained for medical school at the UNC - School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center at Lebanon, NH. For his fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases, he trained at the Rhode Island Hospital (affiliated with the Brown University). He has settled in Atlanta and cofounded Atlanta Heart Specialists with Dr Chandra..
Dr. Song holds board certifications in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Nuclear Cardiology.
During his career, he has served as President of the Korean Medical Association of Georgia, serving the community with medical information and education. In addition, he was involved with the Korean American Scholarship Foundation as a board member, providing students with educational scholarships. Dr. Song has been featured many times as a guest speaker on local radio and TV station (AM 1310 and KTN-TV).
Dr. Song is trained in cardiac catheterization, transesophageal echocardiogram, cardioversion, echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, and nuclear stress testing.
His clinical interests include Diagnostic Imaging, Evidence Based Medicine and Biomedical Ethics.
He enjoys playing basketball and tennis, playing guitar, and being involved with church activities.
