Spoke a little too fast for me. I am 70 and trying to comprehend everything he was saying. It is important for doctors to focus on the patients they are currently serving in discussing the diagnosis.

I was welcomed by Dr. MacDonald with a smile and a handshake. Surprisingly this is rare these days
Dr. MacDonald took time to listen and hear how my injury occurred and my discomfort I have been experiencing. Dr. Macdonald knew exactly what was causing my discomfort and how to best fix the problem area . He did not recommend surgery right away; I was very happy to hear this. The staff were all extremely kind. They also recommended an ice sleeve that would be helpful but recommended I purchase from Amazon as the cost is over 50% less than what the office would charge.

If you want it more formal, more heartfelt, or longer, I can adjust it!
