Dr. MacDonald was fine and the staff were nice. The reason for the low rating was because I had two issues needing attention but they would only treat one issue and that I would have to make another appointment for the other issue. That's another time away from work, another copay, etc.. etc... The issues could have been resolved at the same time. I was there 30 minutes tops... It's a business and not about taking care of the patients anymore.

He was an amazing doctor he did not try to rush out of your an appointment. He took time to explain everything to you on a level where you can understand it
And he's willing to not stop until he get you an answer. Our solution to your problem. I made the right choice by selecting him as my doctor. His staff and nurses were amazing. They were very polite, very friendly and very helpful. And it didn't make you feel like you were just another patient. I will a 100% for sure. Most definitely recommend my friends and family if they have a problem with carpal tunnel he's your man!
