As a Pennsylvania native, Dr. David Gregory, D.O. is excited to serve the Lancaster and Lebanon community. He finished his orthopedic surgery residency at Michigan State University and McLaren Macomb Hospital in Mount Clemens. Following that, he completed an outpatient hip and knee replacement fellowship at Nano Clinic in Arroyo Grande, California, and then a second fellowship in adult reconstruction at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.

Bringing his expertise to our team, Dr. Gregory strives to deliver exceptional orthopedic care focused on each patient’s individual needs and goals. He aims to help each patient overcome their limitations and restore their function to enhance their quality of life.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Gregory enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, surfing, and supporting the Eagles and Phillies.

Good listener, answered all questions and provided clear answers
Did not feel he was engaged enough in my care. During my exam he did not pull up my xray films to discuss or give me an assessment of my health condition, per my films. I had to ask to see my xray films - this occurred in the hallway at his dictation station. this should have been presented during my exam for explaining and discussion not at the station in the hall. He was not fully engaged. He qouted facts, quick exam, and that was it. 👎
I had a very good experience. Appreciated all the detailed instructions pertaining to the entire process. I would recommend Dr Gregory.

He didn’t listen to anything I said, blew me off completely when I talked about pain, and told me to walk on a limb that is clearly injured and that 3 other medical professionals told me to stay off of. I wouldn’t recommend this guy to anyone. Haven’t ever been treated so inhumanly before in my life. Don’t waste your money. This guy shames the medical profession.

He was an excellent doctor. He gave me a gel injection in my knee and I didn’t even feel the needle. I feel so much better now.
