Seemed in a hurry , no exam or equivalent. I believe he was in the room less than 1 minute. Asked if my dad was still taking medication & that was it . The appointment was a waste of time .

Patient bedside manner can be improved. Lack of empathy was displayed when he announced cancer diagnosis during a procedure. Doesn’t discuss potential therapies or improvements in future treatments. You must ask questions so do your research before you meet with him because he does not offer additional information, only explains “in the moment” treatment.
Diagnostic equipment and facility is not up to the latest advancements and is in need upgrades.
One example, Commode within the a screen room is in need of a new toilet seat. Absolutely disgusting and this is such an easy and cheap fix that it worries a patient mind of the other conditions that are not seen to the patient’s eye.
If you want the latest and greatest diagnostic equipment, you will have to go to a larger provider, like IU Health
