It was the first time going here and he is great doctor. He did all tests on my eyes, and eased my concerns because I had gone somewhere else and they said I had a problem but it turned out to be wrong. The people in the office are also very nice and accommodating.

The office staff, especially the technician (Jackie) needs to have better bedside manner. She kept calling me basically pushing to me buy the prescription OTC instead of having the provider change the medication to a generic one so there wouldn’t be any issues. And next time don’t try call the patient to push the appointment up and still see the patient their original appointment time which is 45 mins later.
