Dr. Gallagher were really nice he took his time to check out my shoulder and explained what’s possible going on but my mri will tell more I were really pleased with my visit cause he didn’t rush and listened to any questions I asked and answered to the best of his ability I were really impressed. Thanks for being a caring doctor

Seems to be very knowledgeable and excellent doctor. Could be a little bit more personable and improve on his “bedside manner”. Will be able to provide more feedback after my 10-20-25 surgery.

Dr. Gallagher received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia in 1994. He then attended the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, graduating in 2001. He completed his orthopedic residency at the same facility in 2006.
Dr. Gallagher’s practice is one of general orthopedics, with a special interest in Orthopedic Trauma, Total Joint Replacement, and Sports Medicine. He is the Director of Orthopedic Trauma at Doctor’s Hospital, which is a Level II Trauma Center. He is currently a clinical preceptor for training students from Augusta University.
He is an active member of Trinity on the Hill United Methodist Church. Through this church, Dr. Gallagher has led a team on an annual medical mission trip to Jamaica, providing medical care to those living in extreme poverty. He is married and has three children.
