I am super Pleased with the visit that I had with Dr. Gallagher his staff were very professional. My appointment was at 9:30am and I was early and I was called to the back early as well.
I explained to Dr. Gallagher that my Workers Compensation case was in existence since 6/2/26 and he was very patient with me and understood the delay of why I am just able to get an appointment with him. I recommend and refer everyone I know to him. Cudos to your office Dr. Gallagher.

He's kind, shows empathy and encourages you as the patient. He takes time to explain the process and is just as eager as I am to be fully recovered to be in the condition that I was. He's a great Doctor. I'm lucky and fortunate to have him.

Dr Gallagher is incredibly kind and thorough. I always leave well informed and grateful for a solution. Even being the end of the day I never felt like I was being rushed out but rather genuinely cared for. I am grateful.

Dr. Gallagher received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia in 1994. He then attended the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, graduating in 2001. He completed his orthopedic residency at the same facility in 2006.
Dr. Gallagher’s practice is one of general orthopedics, with a special interest in Orthopedic Trauma, Total Joint Replacement, and Sports Medicine. He is the Director of Orthopedic Trauma at Doctor’s Hospital, which is a Level II Trauma Center. He is currently a clinical preceptor for training students from Augusta University.
He is an active member of Trinity on the Hill United Methodist Church. Through this church, Dr. Gallagher has led a team on an annual medical mission trip to Jamaica, providing medical care to those living in extreme poverty. He is married and has three children.
