I once waited an extra twenty minutes and had to be numbed several extra times because he was outside of the room with a private call- so we won't talk about timeliness.
I put up with all his shortcomings, because he's good at what he does.

During a stressful and confusing time, he and his nurses took their time explaining everything to me and made me feel so much more confident and calm. I’d recommend to anyone I know in an instant!
