Dr. Fusco is the absolute best and, without a doubt, the most caring provider I’ve ever had. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that is easy to understand, including all of the available options, potential risks, and what to expect moving forward. I never feel rushed or like just another patient. What I appreciate most is how genuinely caring and compassionate he is. He listens, answers every question, and makes you feel confident that you’re in the best possible hands. During what can be a very overwhelming and stressful experience, having a doctor who takes the time to make sure you understand everything means so much. I’m incredibly grateful to have Dr. Fusco as my provider and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional neurosurgeon who truly cares about his patients.

If I could give more than five stars, I would give this man 100. He takes the time, he cares about his patients. My appointment was for one hour and he sat with me for an hour and 30 minutes and never rushed! He went through everything, took his time I’ve never had a doctor do that before except Dr. Fusco. I am grateful that I found him. I’ve been a patient for nine years. Do yourself a favor and call him! I only trust him with my brain and back.
I first met Dr. Fusco in 2019 when he performed my brain surgery, and I recently saw him again for a follow-up after my MRI. After all these years, I can honestly say he continues to provide exceptional care. Dr. Fusco takes the time to truly listen to his patients, never makes you feel rushed, and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. He reviewed my MRI thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed before I left. It is rare to find a physician with not only outstanding surgical skill but also genuine compassion and excellent bedside manner. I am incredibly grateful for the care he has provided over the years and would highly recommend Dr. Fusco to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and trustworthy neurosurgeon.
