He came into the room did not introduce him self right away he mentions oh wow you go to a lot of our doctors and we don’t have all your records right here and then when it came to actually get in the shot he did it so fast we’re in the past when I was treated at the stage to come in to the final room they would put more stuff in my eyes to numb it up but because it was the end of the day he rushed it and I’m in a little bit of pain I am also hurt by his lack of bedside manners as when I was ready to ask him a question he was finishing my sentence and I said excuse me I would like to finish what I was saying . So extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism that he showed and I will not be seeing him ever again

I waited an hour and a half to see the doctor. When I did, it was literally for about one minute. He didn’t remember that he previously recommended me for cataract surgery, and then read my chart and said “we don’t do that here. Come see me after your surgery.” Very poor attitude.

First, you should know that I am picky. Very picky. And if I write a positive review – jump on it and get it. I was about to lose sight of my right eye; Dr. Fastenberg saved my eye-sight, and it’s being improving constantly, so obviously, I swear by him, because as a professional, there is nothing to talk about - he is THE ONE. And apparently, there is a reason why he is booked so quickly, so if you need to make an appointment – don’t wait and make it ASAP. Personality wise, Dr. David Fastenberg is unique because I don’t feel that I am visiting a rigid-doctor, but rather, almost a friend - a person/doctor who truly care about my health, and he doesn’t stop there, he chitchats with me about personal topics outside health issues. Dr. Fastenberg is very friendly and he talks to patients and his staff as equal people and not as someone who is above us (and I hear him talking with other patients and his staff). Arnon

Dr Fastenberg and his staff are very kind and Caring with my mom. I appreciate there effort. However, the pre-visit check in process was extremely difficult and time consuming. Since it was sent by text I was doing it on my phone. When I needed to access information that was stored on my phone, ( doctor addresses and phone numbers and insurance information) I had to leave the check in and after retrieve if the necessary information I went back to complete the check in and had to start over.
