My knee replacement went very well in 2022. Dr. Eichten did a great job. Had good visit with him April 24, 2024 about solutions for 2nd knee.

I was waiting until everything was done and one month passed after the surgery so I would have points of reference to base a rating on. Dr. Eichten is a no-nonsense professional that doesn't gaslight you but answers your questions or concerns with direct answers. He stopped in to visit briefly with me just before being taken to surgery, and his PA, Blake Davis personally came to the hospital the day after the surgery to meet with me and discuss the outcome of the surgery. The one-month follow-up went well, and we were able to map out a strategy for taking my recovery to the next level. They have an efficient and effective operation, and I will have Dr. Eichten attend to an acute tear in my left meniscus after the first of the year.

I am very impressed with Dr. Eichten. He is everything a Dr. Should be. Courteous, attentive, above all he did a magnificent job replacing my knee at 92 years of age. I didn’t incur any pain or problems. Healed quickly. 🙌 Thank you very much, Dr. Eichten 🙏

My new knee is great, giving me a real improvement in my quality of life. I now longer have to give in to the limitations imposed by a painful knee. Dr. Eichten is obviously extremely skilled in implanting new "knees" and removing the old worn-out originals. He has a caring and understanding bedside manner, going beyond the norm to explain not only the procedures but also how the interworking of the new knee replicates the functions of the original. if and when the time comes to replace the other original, I will unhesitatingly trust that to his skilled care.

What else can be said .. his skills n plan from start to now .. dr.eichten has repaired my shoulder rotator cuff , scapula , bicep , clavicle n something else my first surgery n it's excellent now better than the other .. 2nd surgery -- right hip full replacement n two months later the left hip full replacement.. to say the difference from then till now is night n day would be an understatement . No pillows proping my legs to sleep , no need for a pain pill to get through a grocery store , no canes to cross the room to the bathroom . I say canes plural because sometimes I needed two and now none .. to me any discomforts thus far are meaningless compared to where I was .. that was sometimes to painful to get out of a recliner for 3 days with hips throbbing n tears on my face painkillers couldn't ease .. yes I give Dr eighteen a 5 star excellent rating only because it doesn't go any higher on the star ratings .. loving my new parts 100%

The PT today was great. However, the process I am in for shoulder replacement can best be described as chaos. I can’t get anyone to return phone calls about the total cost. I was not told about needing to schedule blood work. I have no idea at this point how to plan as I was never given a timeline. What else don’t I know? And yes, I’ve read the folder and contacted the navigator

Dr. Eichten is "the best doctor in the joint!" He reviewed my X-ray, explained what was going on and offered several treatment options. He seemed knowledgeable, thorough and explained my options. Did. It feel rushed. Recommended I start w/Cortizone shot in knee, which lasts up to 3 months. Described next step would be gel shot which lasts up to 6 months. Last option is knee replacement.

Dr. Eichten did a left total knee replacement revision in November 2019. I had several surgeries on this knee by other doctors in NY, and my knee never worked right. Doctor Eichten helped me so much, he changed my life, I'm so grateful that I can walk.

after i injured my L groin area, doctor eichten and i had a video appointment. not surprising to me, doctor eichten was just as engaged over video as he is in an in-person office visit. later, after reviewing my ER X-rays and cat scan doctor eichten called me back to tweak the treatment plan. who does that => i think doctor eichten is remarkable in the level of excellent care he gives me.

Just had my initial meeting with Dr Eichten and was extremely impressed with his professionalism. He was very personal and informative with his diagnosis and recommendation for my total hip replacement. He spent sufficient time with me which was very comforting when faced with the decision to undergo surgery. I would recommend anyone who is in need of hip or knee surgery to see him first.

Drive Eichten took the time to listen and question my symptoms as I explained them to him. He then explained the x-ray they took and ran some tests on my legs & hip. He suggested an MRI and put it on hold because I had just finished taking prednisone and my pain subsided.

when you have to pull up a list of symptoms on the web in front of your client and read them off for list of causes is not a good idea, it made me think he didn't know what he was doing, than tried to send me for unnecessary testing.
