The reviews listed below were collected independently of Advanced Urology Institute through rater8. Each review represents an authentic and verified patient experience.
Dr. Burday made me feel like a total fool today. He was criticizing me for how often I went to urgent care to see if I had a UTI. The points he was making were undoubtedly valid. I learned from what he had to say. It was the way he said it that was so off putting. It appears that only an idiot would have handled suspected UTIs the way I did.

I have been a patient for about 10 years. He is a personal and professional physician and I am completely satisfied with him. However, there are some things that could be improved. He is always in a hurry to get to the next patient. And he brings a guy in with him to take notes. But I feel like I can’t talk to Dr.Burday about personal issues with him present. I should not be that way, but I am.

Gruff, glum, dismissive, point-and-grunt, poor chairside manner. I did not get satisfaction about my questions about my medical mysteries and symptoms, I had them brushed away like I don't know my own body and like nothing was happening. I will not be disrespected in this way when I am paying for this service. This is my time - I am not an inconvenience or imposition in some doctor's day when I pay their salary, but that's the way he made it seem, and other online reviews agree. I would not see him again, and if that means I can't see anyone else there, I'll go somewhere else.

He doesn’t play around and sometimes seems a bit abrupt but I’m ok with that when a doctor is good. I need answers and he is pursuing them.
