Last visit I was positive that a minor surgery would be needed AFTER the injection failed. NOT the case. I’m CERTAIN that PT will NOT resolve it. Whole hands’ fingers DAMAGED from falling with ALL my weight ON cement!! (Within the last 2years.) AM Still suffering. 😢

Dr. Crandall is an amazing surgeon and my hip is 100% recovered. He is professional, compassionate, an engaged listener and it’s a joy to be his patient. He treated me like I was his own mother. I will always be forever grateful to Dr. Crandall.

I game to my appointment only to be told I wa supposed to see a doctor I have never hear of on the 2nd of July. I was told todays appointment was to be a disscussion of my visit with the mystery doctor.

Dr. Crandall is a great doctor. He doesn't see patients as a bundle but indevidually. He listens and takes care of his patients. Since I see a lot of Dr.s treat patients as a number, not putting efforts to look into. Dr. Crandall is different. He is knowledgeable and conferdent. I'm happy that he is my Dr. Thanks again.

Dr Crandall was excellent, general services of Monterey Sine & Joint are slare not good, specifically: 1. Ineffective signage to direct patients from parking to one of three choices, Physical Therapy, MRI, or physicians. 2. Long line at check-in for MD appts. ( more than 7 people in line) 3. Crowded patient waiting area from MD appts) I've been to Stanford Clinics & the Mayo Clinic, at these two medical centers MUCH larger patient numbers are handled with patient care as their first priority.

First visit was today. I was pleased with Dr. Crandall's ability to communicate about my issue. Additionally (albeit based on a single visit) the office is efficient and appears well organized.
