David Choi, M.D.

Dr. David Choi, M.D., grew up in Orange County, California, and pursued his undergraduate education at Cornell University. Following his graduation, Daniel embarked on a career in economics, working as an economic research assistant at the Federal Reserve in Washington, D.C. After several years in this role, he decided to pursue a career in medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed his ophthalmology residency at the Scheie Eye Institute. Continuing his medical journey, Daniel returned to Southern California to undertake a fellowship at UCLA, specializing in corneal and refractive cataract surgery. In his leisure time, he enjoys DJing, exercising, and cooking. Daniel is excited about the opportunity to provide ophthalmological services to the residents of Los Angeles County.
