I like Dr. Choi,he seems to be thorough and attentive. The main issue is with appointment scheduling. The wait time is a half an hour to 45 minutes after scheduled appointment time. Which is very frustrating. I wish they could text you and tell you they were running behind which would be great. Since I have to leave work early to make the appointment time just to wait. Also, the poor woman who does scheduling for surgeries is way overloaded. She needs to have some assistance. She’s wonderful and very nice and I feel that she’s needs help although she does her job well.
