I injured my finger two months ago .. twisted my middle finger. It hurts more today than the day I injured it I felt like I wasn’t taking serious. He took a x-ray and said it could take a long time for it to heal and that was it..

My first Appt, great friendly staff, I had no wait, paperwork minimal, X-rays & Dr Chan was very nice, thorough & explained everything about my X-rays, Cortisone Injection & a Thumb Brace with aftercare instructions.

I showed up without an appointment, and Dr. Chan took the time to fit me into his schedule. Otherwise I would have been waiting thru the weekend (in pain) for treatment. Dr. Chan took care of my problem, and had great bedside manner!

Some of the best staff I have come across. From the moment you walk in to the time u walk out, nothing but professional, courteous staff. Doc Chan has been great through my whole experience. Dr. Chan treated my hand for an arthritic bone spur in my dominant hand after reviewing xrays. He offered me 3 different options of treatment, 2 of them surgical. He explained all 3 options in detail with pros and cons. Of course I chose the non surgical option of a cortisone injection. He indicated that I could have relief of up to 3 months, or none at all. I gave it a "shot" and I'm pleased to say that I had 3.5 months of relief before returning for another cortisone injection. I never feel rushed with Dr. Chan, and he gives me plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I don't generally write reviews, but Dr. Chan gets my highest recommendation.

Dr. Chan is knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. He had changed my life and did it with a smile on his face! I would highly recommend him to anyone I know!

I was nervous but the staff & Dr Chan were great. I went to see him because I'd been bitten by a tiny dog years ago and my finger has been sore. Dr Chan came in, looked at my xrays and assured me that without pain, no need to do anything. I was so relieved.

Although I’m sure Dr Chan is brilliant and probably tops in his field, he seems to be in a hurry when discussing a new patient’s diagnosis. I would prefer he speak slightly slower and take just a couple more minutes to explain his evaluation and future prognosis.

Excellent skills but I had a carpal tunnel surgery’s day he did not take a previous ekg or inquire if I had any issues. When surgery began the anesthesiologist detected a low heart rate and a medicine was administered and surgery was started. Long Story short—after surgery dr chann did not even come over to see what was going on although 2 emts were called to take him to the Venice hospital over my protest. The 2 stars were for his skills but never would I use this dr again
