Thorough review of my issues; plan to address; very little wait time to see him.

Great customer service. Waiting time was not long at all.

Seemed more focused on training younger Doctors shadowing him than listening to my concerns. Asked how to start efficient rehab of 3m old PIP injury using alternative treatments to regain full mobility and flexibility in the finger and reduce the scar tissue deformity. He told me to wrap the finger with compression tape, something I'd been doing anyway and sent me on my way with parting words that amounted to: (The finger won't ever look or be the same.) Have a nice life. I am athletic and have always been around physically active people. I know that prevention of excess scar tissue in the early healing phase is key to recovery and reducing scar tissue and preventing longer term mobility issues. He also flat out refused to even consider using targeted steroid injections to lessen the obvious case of Digital Fibromatosis I have, caused by my PIP injury. Triamcinolone or anti-fibrotic medications (such as 5-fluorouracil) are known treatment options and neither were considered. :-/
