knowledgeable,patient,pleasant,reassuring,won't "sugar-coat"and ,of course,experienced.A grateful patient,am I.
I have great confidence in Dr. Napoli....he provided information on my options and gave me a cortisone shot, which should help and maybe heal my condition.
easy to talk to and explained things well
The hospital diagnosed me with a pinched nerve in my shoulder and recommended a cortisol shot, sending me to your office. Without laying a finger on me, Dr Napoli decided despite the symptoms and my age it must be carpel tunnel. When I said that giving me the cortisol shot would help determine if this theory was correct, he stated that it might fix it but it's not the problem, or might not fix it but it is the problem. I know, it sounded like gibberish to me, too. He also said he was worried the cortisol might make my blood sugar higher (despite my A1C being in normal range), and helpfully suggested getting a splint from Walmart to sleep in. This experience was absolutely terrible. I was sentenced to continued suffering, and the only two explanations are either he didn't want to give me the shot because I don't have insurance, or because he's lazy. But someone so blatantly ignoring the evidence and facts and turfing me off was insulting. I'm never recommending this place.
Great Doctor who is very nice and knowledgeable.
Thorough and pleasant
Easy to talk to. Explains well.
listened to me and checked out my symptoms in a caring manner. was friendly and encouraging about my healing process. I liked him a lot.
Very good and knows what he is doing. He and his nurse was friendly
Dr. Napoli is very professional and understanding. He did carpal tunnel surgery on my hands about 10 years ago and I haven’t had a problem at all. He did some minor surgery on my thumb and you can’t even see the scar.
