The only complaint I have is not getting a phone call back after leaving several messages, during office hours. I finally drove to the office to get the information I needed. Shouldn't have to physically go just to get a question answered.

You should have told me you did not have a spinal specialist when I talked with you in the office about my SI joint during my knee appointment. When I made the appointment, I was specific in what my issue was and they made an appointment with you. I saw Seth, who while nice, didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know about my issue. Then when Seth said he would be right back, he sent the assistant in to give me the bad news and a referral to someone not in my network. You wasted my time in getting treatment for something causing significant pain. I expected better from you based on my prior experience.

Dr. Braun performed a total left replacement for me. I was so very satisfied with the results, I returned within 3 months for a right hip replacement. Dr. Braun was very friendly and informative. I am so impressed with the surgery he performed and the recovery time for my broken femur. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. The only recommendation I would make is to advise the staff that if the masks are still mandatory when visiting the PH office, that they realize most places customers visits no longer have mask requirements and that it would be more customer service friendly to let the patient know at the time they confirm their appointment of the requirement versus putting a sign on the door. Patients don't drive by to be able to see the sign and it's too late by the time they arrive at the office for the appointment. If this is not what staff wants to do, then maybe masks should be offered to the patient at no charge. Foe a requirement that not so many are enforcing anymore, it would not be very nice to charge foe one.
