Dr. David Bass, D.O., FACC, provides cardiovascular care at the Center of Cardiology. Board-certified in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine, he earned his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. In addition, Dr. Bass completed his fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at the Nassau University Medical Center. Dr. Bass has extensive cardiovascular experience throughout New York State, including being a noninvasive cardiologist at Canton-Potsdam Hospital. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, a diplomate with the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, and a diplomate with the National Board of Echocardiography.
As Vice President of the Medical Staff, Dr. Bass will chair the Oswego Health Quality Assurance and Process Improvement Committee and will serve as a member of the Medical Executive Committee.
