I called for an emergency appt fir my mother and Christine gave me one for that same day. When I got there I asked for a wheelchair and Ryne called for one and said if no one answered he would go and get it himself, which he got for us right away. We were taken promptly got an x-ray and dr Alessandro came in and diagnosed the problem right away and we were on our way. Christina and Ryne were friendly and professional, these days most cust service reps are rude and unfriendly, but they were both great! Dr Alessandro was also great! We had a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend Excel Orthopedicss to friends and family.

I have seen Dr. Alessandro twice now for shoulder bursitis. I was a bit anxious both times and in much pain.
