Dr Rebuck asked a few questions since my last visit and already had the answers since I completed the Questionnaire prior to this appointment that was an office visit but turned out to be over the phone lasting for 7 minutes. If I had been informed of this process I would have not taken a day off work. Also he wanted me to get a blood test completed. He emailed a copy of the test request from my previous appointment in 2025. My previous Doctor with URO Partners was an individual who took the time to discuss my health rather than scheduling another appointment and sending a text with a previous blood test request. I received several emails and texts from URO Partners prior to my appointment and none of them indicating that this was not going to be at their office making sure that I bring my Driver’s license and Insurance card and coming in 20 minutes early to check in. Poorly managed.
