He attended Penn State University where he received a Bachelor of Science with dual majors in Pre-Med and Microbiology in 1977. In 1978, he graduated with a Master's degree in Microbiology, and in 1982, he completed his medical degree at the UMDNJ - New Jersey School of Medicine.

Dr. Miller went on to complete his residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics combined program in 1986 from UMDNJ - University Hospital. He has been licensed as a Medical Doctor in the State of Florida since 1986 and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Miller's expertise in Internal Medicine is highly regarded, and he has been providing exceptional medical care to his patients for over three decades.

Currently, Dr. Miller holds active privileges at Palms West Hospital, where he has been on staff since 2001. As an Internist, he has a particular focus on diagnosing and treating conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, and various other chronic illnesses.
