My visits are usually pleasant. But on this particular morning I was very sick and showed up as soon as they opened. I got the sence they really wasn't looking to work as soon as they clocked in, because I was a walk in to see my Dr. But thank God they took me. The Clerk up front was very rude with the other Clerk, because she was sent up to help her,and verbally spoken to her harsh and rude, because she didn't want her there. Once getting to the back I had to be swob and something happened that never happened before I had a quick response to the swob. Probably because my adnolds was swollen and I reached for the Nurse hand, which I shouldn't have done. It wasn't what she said it was how she said it. I actually heard her the first time, but it was how the second time she said it with a stare and rude DON'T TOUCH MY HAND" I understand it was early and it wasn't how I planned on starting my day as well and I do realize things happen & sickness can knock at anytime. But kindness is success
